Fujian Zhanglong Wood Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujian Zhanglong Group Co., Ltd. Based on Zhangzhou’s plywood manufacturing industry, supported by rich resources of a state-owned enterprise and relying on 380-mu timber advantages in Zhangzhou Port and local region, the Company has managed to make a scientific planning of its operation mode and build a whole industry chain from local timber reserve, imports of foreign timber, to the park processing and household equipment.

Situated in Changqiao Town of Zhangpu County, Fujian Zhanglong Forestry Circular Economy Industrial Park (hereinafter the “Park”) has a planning area of 5,000 mu. The Park intends to use phased construction, and takes the development of about 3,000-muLanhua Dashijie Lot in former Zhangpu Taiwan Farmers Pioneer Park as the Park’s Phase Project (the “Project”). The Park takes full advantage of Zhangzhou’s wood-processing industrial base and urgent needs for its wood industrial transformation and upgrading, and actively implements the “Internet +” strategic plan while positioning on “whole-house customization, whole-plant cooperation and intelligent manufacturing” so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of the Park, by way of making a scientific and rational planning and scientifically understanding the profound meaning of the supply-side structural reform based on construction requirements of standard, efficiency, innovation and environmental friendliness by the municipal government. The Park is divided into the following sections, i.e. smart home product customization and flexible manufacturing; processing and manufacturing of logs, plates and engineered woods; the main structural framework of furniture, wooden doors, wood flooring and wooden structure production supported by business services facilities like smart home show and experience center, e-commerce center, logistics center and financial service center, and therefore forms a scientific and complete industrial chain. The Park is dedicated to building itself into a high-standard and standardized wood-processing industrial park featuring green, environmental friendliness, clustering, and efficiency through the introduction of central heating by environmentally friendly thermal plants and establishment of a centralized rubber manufacturing area while planning to build 50 MW solar photovoltaic power generation project.
