To all member units:

In order to facilitate the smooth progress of the association's various activities in 2026 and to better serve all member units, the collection of 2026 membership dues is hereby commenced in accordance with the relevant provisions of the association's "Constitution" and the "Standards and Management Measures for Membership Dues of the China Timber & Wood Products Distribution Association." All member units are requested to pay the corresponding dues according to your membership level. The details are as follows:

I. Membership Dues Standards

(1) Member Unit: RMB 3,000/year
(2) Governing Unit: RMB 5,000/year
(3) Executive Governing Unit: RMB 10,000/year
(4) Vice President Unit: RMB 30,000/year

II. Payment Deadline

All member units are requested to pay the annual dues by May 31, 2026, upon receiving this notice. Newly admitted members shall pay their annual dues within 10 working days after approval.

IV. Other Matters

1. If a member unit is unable to pay the dues within the prescribed time due to special circumstances, please contact the association's Secretariat to request an extension.

2. According to the relevant provisions of the association's Constitution, units that fail to pay their dues on time will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the association.

3. After the dues are received, the Secretariat will issue the electronic version of the "Uniform Invoice for National Social Organization Membership Dues," printed (or supervised) by the National Ministry of Finance, and promptly send it to the contact person of each member unit.
